Returns & Exchange Policy


 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Diva purchase, please call or email us within 3 days of receiving the item at with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.


 The RA number must be included on your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by Diva within 10 days of issuing an RA number or we will not be refunding your credit card.

If merchandise is received after 10 days of RA# there will be a restocking fee of 20%


 Exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.


 Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card or online credit. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and fragrant free with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear or undergarments.


 Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.


 When we receive the merchandise, depending on your instructions (see below), we will either credit the original form of payment issue store credit, or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable, and customer is responsible card used for the original purchase.


 Customer bears cost of shipping returned items back to Diva, however exchanged garments are shipped back to customer free of charge (Ground shipping and domestic shipments only). Please note, if an exchange is requested for an international order, or USPS shipping (APO, FPO, PO Box), or we’re unable to send the exchange order with UPS Ground for any reason, you will be charged accordingly for the lowest cost shipping to your destination.


 1.Please fill out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. Use the address found on the form to send the items back to. If you cannot find the included form, contact us at for the return address and the exact instructions.



  2.We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. Shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.


  3.Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you via email on the statues of the refund, store credit or exchange, if the selected exchange item(s) is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email you.
